最新版本Oeko-Tex Standard 100出爐

一“分散黃23”被列入禁用染料清單

 

       根據市場需求和紡織品生態學的最新科學發展，Oeko-Tex國際環保紡織協會於2006年1月出版最新版本的Oeko-Tex Standard 100標準。與2005版的標準相比，進行了如下的改動：

1.         將“分散黃23”加入禁用染料清單。

2.         Oeko-Tex國際環保紡織協會對於4胺基偶氮苯（4-aminoazobenzene）的測試方法已經啟用。如果依據測試方法EN-14362檢測出某試樣中含有苯胺（aniline）或1,4苯二胺（1,4-phenylendiamine），則該樣品必須用新測試方法進行4胺基偶氮苯（4-aminoazobenzene）的測試。

3.         今後，對於鄰苯二甲酸鹽（phthalates）的測試將不僅限於PVC產品，也將適用於其他塑膠製品。

 

       最新版Oeko-Tex Standard 100自2006年1月1日正式推出，新舊標準的過渡期為三個月，自2006年4月1日起，新版標準將全面開始實施。國內企業應立即著手進行內部檢查，並採取有效措施對不符合新標準要求的染料、工藝加以替換和改進。

NEW EDITION OF OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100

 

The new edition 01/2006 of the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 has been published. The market demands and latest scientific developments in the field of the textile ecology lead to this edition with the following amendments:

 

·     the list of non-allowed colorants has been expanded with Disperse Yellow 23.

·     for determination of 4-aminoazobenzene an Oeko-Tex method is now available. If in certain articles aniline or 1,4-phenylendiamine has been determined according to EN 14362, these articles will be tested on 4-aminoazobenzene with the new method, too.

·         in future the determination on phthalates will not only be performed on PVC but also on other plastics.

·     The updated editions 1/2006 of the Oeko-Tex Standard 100, application forms for certification and declaration of conformity are available on our website as Downloads.

·     the enclosure „Colorants used“ is revised for better handling of the colorant types.

·     with every application for prolongation an updated colorant and chemical list needs to be enclosed. Point 1.2 is asking for indication of any changes compared to the last application (for renewal).

·     in addition the inquiry under point 1.2.1 and 1.2.2. are amended with components ("use of biologically active substances or components" and "use of flame retarding substances or components"). Thus also the use of biologically active or flame retarding yarns or others need to be listed.

Die neue Version 01/2006 des Öko-Tex Standards 100 ist erschienen. Um den aktuellen Anforderungen des Marktes gerecht zu werden und die neuesten Forschungsergebnisse einfliessen zu lassen, sind zum Jahreswechsel folgende Neuerungen im Öko-Tex Standard 100 vorgenommen worden:

 

·         Die Liste der nicht erlaubten Farbmittel wurde ergänzt durch Disperse Yellow 23.

·         Eine Öko-Tex Methode zur Überprüfung auf 4-Aminoazobenzol liegt jetzt vor. Artikel, bei denen mittels EN 14362 Anilin oder 1,4-Phenylendiamin nachgewiesen wurde, werden zusätzlich mit der neuen Methode auf 4-Aminoazobenzol geprüft.

·         Die Prüfung auf Phthalate wird zukünftig nicht mehr nur bei PVC sondern auch bei anderen Kunststoffen durchgeführt.

·         Die aktuellen Ausgaben 1/2006 des Öko-Tex Standard 100, der Anträge zur Zertifizierung und die Konformitätserklärung stehen auf unserer Webseite unter Downloads zur Verfügung.

·         Die Beilage „Eingesetzte Farbmittel“ wurde überarbeitet, um die Farbmitteltypen besser erfassen zu können.

·         Mit jedem Verlängerungsantrag wird neu nach einer aktuellen Farbmittel- bzw. Chemikalienliste gefragt. Unter Punkt 1.2 sind Änderungen zum letzten Antrag (zur Verlängerung) anzugeben.

·         Ausserdem wurde die Abfrage unter Punkt 1.2.1 und 1.2.2. um Komponenten erweitert („Einsatz von biologisch aktiven Substanzen bzw. Komponenten“ und „Einsatz von flammhemmenden Substanzen bzw. Komponenten“). Damit ist auch die Verwendung von Garnen, die biologisch aktiv bzw. flammhemmend sind, und anderes zu deklarieren.
